Refunds,Returns and Exchanges
When returning an item we are not responsible for the shipping cost. If you have purchased an item and received free shipping those items are refundable but you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us.
You can receive a full refund on items you can not wear or fit.
No refunds on items on sale or on clearance, these items are considered final sale.

Exchanges are for clothes that have not been worn, damaged, stained or smell. If any of these things apply to your item, it can not be exchanged and you will not receive a refund. The item must be shipped back within 3 days of receiving your item in order to receive an exchange for a new item.
For a complete exchange, all items must be shipped to emBrace, However, please call our number or send us an email to get our full address.
